What stands behind every quality product, is a quality team and we at C&A are proud to say that our team is among the best. Every employee takes pride in workmanship and takes personal responsibility for the quality of every piece, one station will not pass anything to another unless they feel the work they have done is perfect. Final quality control is performed in the warehouse where pieces are shipped back to production for finish unless they are perfect.

Each master is trained by Iggy. Each new team member is trained by the master and cross trained by other team members. We are proud to say that C&A Furniture has a very low turnover rate with employees staying for 10 years or more.
