CALCULATING PRICE
The prices in our catalog are base/list prices for products with standard wood species and finish.
Calculate and add the up-charge percentage before adding the cost of any equipment options to the base price.
PAYMENT
Existing customers will be mailed an invoice which is due within 30 days upon receipt.
For first time buyers, we require 50% deposit with balance due upon pick up/delivery.
DELIVERY
Please note that delivery and installation charges are not included in the list price. Dealers are responsible for delivery and installation. For services outside of the Phoenix area, please contact C&A representative. We look forward to providing delivery service in the near future.
